Hometown/State-Country:  Baltimore, MD

Undergraduate School: University of Maryland Baltimore County – UMBC

Medical School: Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine

Goals: I aim to pursue a career in Family Medicine with special interests in Women’s Health as well as International Missions.

Why Harnett Health?:  The Harnett Health program and hospitals have very friendly staff and faculty who are also very supportive and dedicated. You feel at home when you get here. My desire was to train in a community-based, relatively smaller, program because we see a lot of unique pathology firsthand and get to work one-on-one with the attending physicians and do a lot of hands-on training as a result. Being a part of Campbell University College of Osteopathic Medicine allows us to benefit from their great academic resources and I enjoy teaching, learning from, and interacting with the medical students. The program is also uniquely located with lots of recreational activities within reasonable driving distances of under 2 hours to either the beautiful mountains or amazing Carolina beaches and the neighboring cities are vibrant with lots of family friendly activities.
