(December 17, 2012) – Harnett Health is thrilled to announce that is it one of only twenty recipients of the Advisory Board Employee Engagement initiative’s 2012 Excellence in Engagement Award. The award honors U.S. hospitals and healthcare systems exhibiting extraordinary levels of positive workforce engagement. The award recognizes Harnett Health for cultivating a workforce of highly motivated, productive employees who are loyal and committed to the organization’s success.
