Thank you for choosing Premiere Pediatrics for the care of your child or children. From his or her first day home from the hospital, you’ve cared and nourished your child every step of the way. At Premiere Pediatrics we provide the same love and attention towards your child’s well being. Our goal is to provide outstanding medical care for children and their families.  We’re here when you need us, and we’re a resource as children grow and change. Our approach to patient care is personal and caring, and our office is relaxed and friendly with qualified and caring professionals.

We offer well child visits and sick visits. If your child is sick, please contact the office to schedule a same day appointment. Keep in mind: you may have a longer wait if we only have work-in appointments available.

After office hours, you may use our after-hours service through UNC triage line for medical advice by calling: 1-888-267-3675. This service is for established patients of Premiere Pediatrics only.  If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital Emergency Department.

Please bring the following at the time of your first visit:

    • All medications
    • Immunization Records
    • Insurance cards
    • Name, address, & telephone number of previous provider (if applicable)

We ask that you complete the enclosed paperwork in full prior to your appointment time or at the first visit.

In order to provide our patients with the best care in a timely manner, we ask that you be on time for your appointment. Please give our office 24 hour notice if you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment time.  If you are late, your appointment will be rescheduled. Repeated “no shows” will result in dismissal from the practice.
