Notice of Harnett Health Cancer Center Practice Relocation to Central Harnett Hospital in Lill- ington, NC
Dear Patients, We are excited to inform you that the Harnett Health Cancer Center will be relocating all services to Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington, NC effective July 15, 2019. This move allows Harnett Health to continue its mission of providing the highest level of Medical Oncology Care to Harnett County.
Starting July 15, 2019, all patients should report to their scheduled appointments at Central Harnett Hos- pital located at 215 Brightwater Drive, Lillington, NC 27546. Parking for the cancer center is available in the front of the hospital. Once you arrive, you will register on the first floor of Central Harnett Hospi- tal at Patient Registration where you will then be directed to the second floor for your appointments.
All of the same physicians and staff members will be transitioning to Central Harnett Hospital, so you will still see your favorite caregivers in the new location. Going forward, your registration and bill- ing will continue through Harnett Health System. This means that you will receive bills from Harnett Health, and any Harnett Health-affiliated providers who provide services to you.
