Harnett Health Residency comprises of 3 programs; Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Transitional Year.

The Internal Medicine program is a leader in rural patient care, medical education and research with areas in health service outcomes, policy and ethics.
The Family Medicine program strives to provide quality care for our patients through continuity clinics and community outreach. Focus is on patient satisfaction, ongoing research, education and development of faculty and residents.
Harnett Health Transitional Year provides opportunities for interns to gain valuable research, medical education and clinical experience.
