Harnett Health has launched a redesigned website this week that will give patients, visitors, and health professionals easier access to hospital and health information. In redesigning a new site, it was important to consider elements that would be patient centered, informative, have responsive design, and be aesthetically clean.
We have designed the new website with bolder colors and new photos, and have simplified navigation with fewer clicks. Commonly viewed information, including the physician directory, locations, services, and the patient portal were made more visible on the home page.
Additionally, emphasis was placed on adding fresh news content that serves to inform patients, visitors, and employees on helpful health information, current news, or upcoming events within the health system. Emphasis was also placed on careers and the physician residency programs as well as providing space for feedback and questions.
