Bikram Grewal, MD

Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine

Dr. Bikram Grewal is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who specializes in joint replacement procedures and Arthroscopic Surgeries for various sports related injuries. Dr. Grewal performs Ultrasound guided procedures including PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Injections and Stem Cell therapeutic injections for Arthritis, Rotator Cuff Tears, Tendinitis and other conditions. He advocates evidence based practice for his patients.

During his Orthopaedic training at the University of North Carolina, he helped take care of the UNC Football team and also covered local high school games. While undergoing his fellowship training at The Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Georgia he covered multiple high school sports teams as well as a minor league hockey team, The ’Columbus Cottonmouth Snakes’. He was also the team Physician for Fayetteville Fireantz (now Fayetteville Marksmen) during the 2014-2017 seasons.

Anthony Parker, DO

Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine

Dr. Parker is a native of Southeastern North Carolina and was born and raised in Duplin County. He obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Biology from North Carolina State University before pursuing his medical education at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his five-year Orthopedic residency at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, during which he actively participated in over 3,500 surgical procedures. 

He holds a keen interest in minimally invasive surgical techniques and the integration of cutting-edge technology, including robotics, into joint replacement procedures.

Dr. Parker’s professional focus revolves around the meticulous practice of Robotic assisted total joint replacement, Direct Anterior Approach Total Hip Replacement, Total Knee Replacement, Partial Knee Replacement, and Revision Total Joint replacement. His proficiency extends to addressing intricate cases in primary and revision total joint replacement. Dr. Parker prioritizes the principles of rapid recovery and comprehensive post-operative pain management in primary total joint replacement.

Jennifer L. Burn, PA-C

 Jennifer Burn has an Undergraduate Degree from Meredith College and then attained her Graduate Degree from Methodist University’s Physician Assistant program in 2007, with a Masters in medical sciences. Mrs. Burn has been practicing in Orthopaedics and serving the Harnett County Community for the past 11 years. 

Mrs. Burn treats patients of all ages for a variety of Musculoskeletal Conditions ranging from acute Fractures/Sprains to Tendinitis and Joint Pain. She has a passion for helping patients get back to their normal activity level and believe that patient education is a key part of treatment.
